How to sign up for the Cool Culture program: New York City Head Start programs and Child Care programs funded by the Administration for Children's Services can join Cool Culture so families can take advantage of the benefits. The Director or Educational Director of the interested program should contact Cool Culture either by emailing us at info@cool-culture.org or call us at (718) 230-4186.
